Calling all Artists, You are invited to apply for the 46th annual Park Point Art Fair on June 25 and 26, 2016 at The Park Point Recreation Area in Duluth, MN. We are accepting applications in the following categories of visual art: painting, printmaking, mixed media 2-D and 3-D, photography, sculpture, ceramics, fiber, glass, wood and jewelry, beggining December 15, 2015 at https://www.zapplication.org/event-info.php?ID=4639. In its 46th year the art fair is well established, well organized and well liked by area artists for its ease of set-up, hospitality and consistent sales. Each year The Park Point Art Fair draws over 10,000 visitors to Park Point, a beautiful natural setting tucked between the lake and the bay, where they can buy art from our region’s finest artists. Artists are treated to an awards dinner Saturday evening where the community recognizes their excellence with cash prizes of over $1300.00 In addition to great hospitality, we know that half our attendees are going to purchase art and that we succeed in attracting art buyers in higher income brackets who return year after year drawn by the quality and variety of the work. Our attendees especially enjoy getting to know the artists through conversation and repeat visits. This is the Duluth art fair you do not want to miss, at the start of our tourist season, when little competes with this much anticipated event.
