This work is necessary to prepare for the anticipated deck replacement project that will start in January 2018. The Lift Bridge will be reduced to single lane two-way traffic from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm on October 17

Motorists should be mindful of the traffic signal, drive slowly and watch for the possible presence of flaggers.

Motorists should also plan additional travel time as there will be delays. The Aerial Lift Bridge may also lift for marine traffic, if requested.
