The Epic Community Rummage Sale is held in early June (12th,13th) so the yard sales do not conflict with the Park Point Art Fair on June 27, 28. The Park Point Art Fair is the Community Club’s major fundraising event; please invite your friends and family members!
- 4 miles and approximately 125 yards of Bargains.
- Just cross the Aerial Lift Bridge to Park Point and start your shopping adventure.
- Food available throughout the event.
- Sorry No Public Area for sales.
- All sales must be on private property with approval of owners.
Have you ever wondered who suggested there be a special weekend for the Park Point Garage Sale? It was Pat Joyelle. Pat was the one who, also, started the Park Point Art Fair and thought of a way to offer an opportunity for a coordinated Rummage Sale that did not conflict with the Park Point Art Fair which is the source of revenue for the Park Point Community Club.
In her quiet way she contributed her time and talents. Pat passed away in September of 2024 and will remain in our hearts as a special Park Pointer who worked to build a sense of community and raise funds for the Community Club.
