After participating for over a year on the Park Point Small Area Plan, I had remaining questions about use of the platted right of ways on Park Point.  Here is the response I received Saturday from Ms. Lori Swanson’s legal team.

Perhaps this information  will help resolve conflicts and provide clarity for planning on Park Point and in our greater community where water accesses are highly valued by neighbors.
