PPCC Meeting Agenda

Variance 3129

I would like to welcome all Park Pointers to the meeting on June 21 @ 7pm. Park Point Properties will be seeking input from neighbors on their development of the vacant bayside lot at 3129 Minnesota Ave. The Planning Commission tabled the shoreland variance request and proposal for large duplex so the developer could hear from the neighbors about a smaller project on that site. Several neighbors spoke in opposition to this project. Please come with your suggestions for this property. I have included the preliminary plans from the Planning Commission.

I intend to post meeting agendas about a week in advance of the meeting.

See you on the 21st! Dawn Buck, PPCC President
