The Program opens at 8:00 am and ends at 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday at the Lafayette Club House at 3026 Minnesota Ave. Plan to spend the entire summer or just a few weeks or days, the choice is yours. The Program includes gardening at the PP Edible Garden, going to the Beach, field trips, educational sessions, crafts and activities at Lafayette Community Center.

Field trip costs are additional and typically run $5-$10 (average one field trip expense per week)

The kids ride the DTA and the fee is included in registration.

Please remember space is limited, giving priority to Park Point residents and relatives of Park Pointers. Confirmation will be sent in April as registrations and deposits are received.

The 2017 & 2018 program staff are returning, Kevin Chederquist and Karen Boynton as co-directors and a new assistant will join the team. Kevin is a teacher at Duluth Denfeld High School and Karen is a student at UMD studying education. They have many fun ideas for summer and are excited lead the program again this year.

A survey of grandparents and parents indicated that the 2018 Program was positively received with parents supporting the flexibility of staff, open play and hours.
